Registration of a new customer
To be able to order easily in Epidemie Records e-shop it is necessary to create an account.
You can order goods from Epidemie Records´e-shop either via your account or via email (order@epidemie.cz) in case you don´t want to make a registration.
Terms of Payment, Delivery Terms and Costs
Ordered goods are sent solely via Czech Post. Payment can be made by bank transfer to Epidemie Records´ account (you will see our IBAN once the order is finished) or ask for alternative payment options (paypal).
Delivery Terms depend on the availability of ordered goods therefore the order can be processed within 3 days or 3 weeks. If the delivery term is more than few days, we send you an email with approximate date of delivery.

Privacy Policy
According the law 101/2000 the personal data collected by Epidemie Records will only be used for processing your contract and dealing with your queries. Our website can be visited without registration. In doing so, data such as pages which have been viewed or the name of the file called up, date, time and IP address are collected for technical reasons, stored purely for statistical purposes on our provider’s server without such data referring to your person. Your data will not be passed on to any third party.
